Mixed Media art is one of my favorite ways to do art.  I love to collect flowers and press them to use in my art.  This framed art piece just happens to have a real pressed butterfly since I grow milkweed to encourage butterflies. The substrates are watercolor paper, watercolor and pressed flowers.  It has been framed and matted in grays and black to reflect the nature in the painting and measures 12x14 inches.
