Cinnamon Beach

Sounds like a strange name for a beach. It is called Cinnamon Beach because the sand is cinnamon colored. It is located in Palm Coast near St Augustine and Flagler Beach, Florida. I was luck to sit on the patio overlooking the ocean last week and paint, paint, paint. Probably the most eventful thing that I saw all week was a HUGE group of pelicans looking for a place to fish at sunrise.

We, my husband and myself, love this area because it is not crowded, allows dogs on the beach and is still wild with sea oats and dunes.
